Last updated: September 28, 2026
This website is operated by REO Partner LLC, doing business as REO Partner, Florida Certified General Contractor CGC1536167. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Information on this site
The guides, price ranges, timelines and permit information on this site are general information for business owners and tenants. They are not a quote, and they are not legal, engineering or financial advice. Costs and rules change, and every home is different. Your actual price, schedule and permit requirements are set out in a written estimate and contract after we visit your home.
Estimates and contracts
Sending a form or talking with us does not create a contract. Work begins only after you and REO Partner LLC sign a written contract that describes the scope, price and schedule. If anything on this site differs from your signed contract, the contract controls.
Photos and design images
Project photos show examples of finished work. Images labeled as design concepts are illustrations and may not show a completed project. Materials, colors and finishes in your project may look different from the images on this site.
Warranty
Any workmanship warranty is described in your signed contract. The website itself is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
Your use of the site
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful or to send false information.
- Do not copy, scrape or republish the content without our written permission.
- Do not try to disrupt the site or get around its security.
Ownership
The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to REO Partner LLC or are used with permission. REO Partner and its logo may not be used without our written permission.

We link to government and other outside websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, REO Partner LLC is not liable for losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information. This does not limit any rights you have under a signed contract with us or under Florida law.
