These terms apply to text messages from REO Partner (REO Partner LLC).

What we text you about

When you give us your phone number and ask us to contact you, we may text you about your request: scheduling a visit, questions about your project, your estimate, and updates on work in progress.

How often

Message frequency varies with your project. We do not send more than three messages in a day about a new request, and we text only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time.

Cost

We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You may receive one final message confirming it.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message. Call 941-260-4040. Send us a message through the form on our home page.

Consent

Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any goods or services from us.

Privacy

We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
