Who we are

REO Partner is REO Partner LLC, a Sarasota general contracting company. Behind the name are 20+ years of construction experience and 350+ completed projects, spanning ground-up construction, commercial buildouts and renovations. The recent Florida work tells the story best: a 4,900 square foot office and tenant buildout on 8th Street West in Bradenton, a 7,000 square foot medical office on Manatee Avenue East, a restaurant buildout in Sarasota taken from shell to open for business, and a spa interior in downtown Sarasota.

This site is the home of that buildout work: offices, medical and dental practices, restaurants, retail and service businesses across Sarasota and Manatee counties. Ground-up commercial construction runs under the same company and the same license when a project calls for it.

What we do

• Buildouts by business type: offices, medical, dental, restaurants, retail, fitness studios, salons and spas, veterinary clinics and warehouse and flex space.
• Lease-driven work: tenant improvements built to the work letter, and remodels of occupied space phased so the business keeps running.
• The regulated parts done right: sealed drawings coordinated, plan review filed with the correct local office, fire and accessibility review planned for, and food-service or healthcare requirements flagged before they become surprises. Our permits guide covers every office in both counties.

How we are different

• You deal with the contractor. The person who walks your space and writes your scope is the contractor whose license is on the permit, not a commissioned salesperson.
• Published benchmarks, not hidden pricing. Our cost guides cite named industry sources, and your estimate is itemized in writing before work begins.
• A 3-Year workmanship warranty. In writing, in your contract.
• Permits are our job, not yours. We file with the right office, coordinate plan review and schedule the inspections.
• Buildouts inside operating buildings. Dust containment, after-hours scheduling and property-manager coordination are part of the plan, not favors.
